The sequel to the fabulous Sex and the City movie created a flurry of events including the After Release Party held at GET Arena on the 28th of May 2010. The guests were invited to channel their favourite characters (Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda), and enjoy a night of cocktails and champagne.
Mary Ephraim, MD/CEO of Okhma Global International, the marketing company organising the event said ," We expect to have so much fun as the platform will provide an opportunity for all lovers of the foursome to live their lives even for just a minute."
Although the actual movie wasn't shown, the guest enjoyed a night filled with star performances from Jeffrey Daniels, renowned choreographer and personal dance trainer to the late Micheal Jackson; Eldee Da Don; MI; Jesse Jags and a host of others. The show was hosted by celebrity presenter IK Osakiodowa.
Four beautiful females got the chance to win a bottle of Skyy Vodka each.

Album Release Party - 2face, The Unstoppable
The latest album release of the very talented Mr Idibia - The Unstoppable (International Edition)- was launched in Abuja on Thursday 2th of May 2010. The album which includes hit tracks such as Enter the place featuring Sound Sultan and Implicated sold out at the event even at the steep price of =N=1000. Various other artists and fans alike gathered to participate in the celebratory event.
Big Brother Africa Comes to Abuja
It was a green carpet affair at the Naija Pikin launch show on the 27th of May 2010, initiated by the Big Brother 2009 winner - Kevin Pam. The rest of the Big Brother Africa TV reality show housemates, arrived in Nigeria to help him with the launch of the foundation. The show featured guest perfomances from 2face and a host of others.
Naija Pikin is essentially a project description of an initiative of Kevin Pam to channel his fame and passion to empower the youth and provide alternatives for livelihood in creative economy. "All I want to achieve is to show kids from war zone on the African continent that they can reach their talents and contribute to national development. I want to show them that they are not alone , that the society loves and appreciate them".
