LPM Celebrates 2 Years By Giving to Charity

What better way to celebrate 2 years of success than by giving back to the less privileged? Well Lagos biggest Fashion Sales team, Le Petit Marche (LPM) did just that! On Sunday the 27th February, 2011, LPM managed to make an impact on a hundred of Nigerians who are affected by various categories of social economic disadvantage (drug addicts & sex workers), by collaborating with Freedom Foundation, an NGO set up in 2001 to carry out the mandate of pioneering social reformation within communities.

L-R: Wonuola Odunsi and Isoken Ogiemwonyi, Founders of LPM

LPM decided to partner with this great organization to raise funds for the ladies who reside in Genesis House, where they are fully rehabilitated and nurtured to become better/stronger women with strong values in their community. All proceeds made by LPM from this event goes to the Genesis House. Some of the exhibitors also volunteered to offer a percentage of their sales towards this great cause.

It was truly a fun filled event, with shoppers treated to a wide selection of fab delights, a food court, selling a variety of food, drink and confectionery, a lounge area where documentaries of the great work being done by the Freedom Foundation was be displayed, and even a DJ!
